“Videoconferencing Like a Pro”

is about looking and sounding better online.

Everybody knows “bad examples” of videoconferencing with colleagues or friends where audio or video quality has gone horribly wrong. You certainly do a lot better already, right? But might there be room for improvement? Let’s find out!

We take a look at different online communication tools and what scientists think about them, cover the technical basics for high quality video and sound and provide tips for better self-presentation in videoconferences.  You can plan approximately 90 minutes to watch the pre-recorded videos and take a look at the supplemental materials. As usual, you can work through the course material at your own pace.
